  • How do I start receiving moving request?
    Just fill out the online application and our team will send all the necessary information to get your listing started.

  • Is every lead sent to all the listed companies in an area?
    No, the potential customer chooses which companies he or she wants to receive a moving quote from. On average 4 out of the 6 listed companies are selected.

  • How many companies are listed per area?
    We offer an exclusive listing and publish only 6 companies in any one listing area. The longer you are listed in a given area the higher you will appear in the listing, so be quick and get your listing position today!

  • Where will I receive moving requests from?
    You will receive moving requests from people moving form the areas that you choose to be listed under. For example if you are listed under China, you will receive requests from people moving from China to any other country in the world.

  • What type of moving requests can I receive?
    You will receive all types of moving requests, from the large relocations type services, to smaller moves for people.

  • How do potential customers find me on the website?
    People looking for a mover online can select the area they are moving from and where they are moving to. If you have selected to be listed for moves from that area, you will receive their quote request.

  • Can I limit the amount of leads I receive?
    You can limit the amount of leads you receive by adding or taking off listing areas. You can choose at anytime which areas you want to be listed under. The more areas, the more leads you will receive.

  • Do I pay for being listed on the website?
    Your listing is free on the website; you only pay per quote request that is generated to your account. You can add a description and a logo.

  • What are the costs?
    Depending on the types of leads /moves you want to receive, there is a price per lead sent. The costs per quote request will be described in the agreement form you will receive from our sales team. Just fill out the online application and our team will send all the necessary information to get your listing started.
     
  • Do I have to pay for incomplete or fake quotation requests?
    If a lead does not have sufficient/fake contact details (both telephone and email address are incorrect) then you can claim for a credit, provided the claim is made with in 5 working days. Please include a copy of the lead in question. You can send it by mail to: sales@intlmovers.com.

  • What if I receive the same quotation request twice?
    Sometimes you will receive duplicate leads, however all duplicate leads sent from the same e-mail address for the same area and type of move, are automatically marked and you only get billed for them once.

  • Can I quit my listing at any time?
    Yes, you may cancel the agreement anytime by sending an e-mail sales@intlmovers.com or fax that you want to stop receiving our leads to + 31 (0) 10 411-5665. You will be billed only for the leads sent to you until the moment of cancellation.
     
  • Are all visitors looking for discounts?
    No, many visitors use our services because they are looking for a fast and easy way to select the best company to serve their moving needs.
     
  • Who do I contact if I have additional questions?
