Allied International was founded in 1967 as a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Allied Van Lines. America's first van line, Allied was founded
in 1928 and, for nearly seven decades, has maintained an enviable
reputation for industry leadership—a reputation built on an
overriding commitment to dependable, top-quality service and supported
by a genuine respect and concern for the well-being of the customer's
goods. It was that same commitment that served as the foundation for
the establishment of Allied's international subsidiary in 1967 and
